The Renaissance Sanctuary is not just a retreat, but a comprehensive journey with three core foundational pillars.

The journey of self-discovery begins two months prior to your arrival, allowing you to understand exactly how the process works. You slowly acclimatise, building trust and rapport with your coach ahead of your arrival.
Once you arrive, you will be fully supported throughout your stay and accommodated in your own private cottage. The Sanctuary isn’t steeped in therapy but hospitality. Uniquely designed to feel like staying at an old friend’s house, workflow sessions are seamlessly integrated into everyday activities, such as walking, eating, and getting coffee. Very much like Einstein or Newton, most profound insights come when we are most relaxed and thinking of nothing.
Most importantly, we provide comprehensive aftercare that is effective upon departure. We offer a variety of bespoke aftercare packages to ensure both support and transformation are achievable to a high standard to ensure your needs are met.
